Medical Gas Control System
Medical gas control panels (automatic or semi-automatic) manage, monitor, and distribute medical gases like Oxygen, N2O and CO2 from cylinders to hospital pipelines at constant pressures, often exceeding 1000 LPM to 3000 LPM. They feature pressure gauges, alarms, and automatic bank switching for continuous supply.
Key Features and Functions:
• Types: Available in Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic configurations, frequently
used in hospitals, clinics, and ambulances.
• Capacity: Designed to manage 2, 3, or 4 gas sources, ensuring uninterrupted flow,
especially during bank switches.
• Monitoring & Safety: Includes audio-visual alarms for Low/High Pressure, Pressure
Gauges, Flow Measure (Optional), and gas-leakage monitoring (optional).
• Components: Often feature anodized MS/SS/Aluminium fronts, manual shut-off
valves, and specialized inlets/outlets (DISS or NIST).
• Applications: Used for managing medical gases and, in some cases, for surgical
tool pneumatic supplies.
